4TIS Consulting is looking for an HR graduate to join their 6-month internship programme. The successful applicant will enter into a fixed-term Internship agreement with the company and receive a stipend.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support our HR department’s daily activities.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Provide support with initiatives related to Training and Development
  • Contribute to HR projects as assigned.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • No work experience required.
  • Applicants must reside within Durban. Non-negotiable.
