BASF is accepting applications for Graduate Development Programme.
The BASF Graduate Development Program is a 24-month program designed to create future talent needs for the business units, the company, and the industry. The development of our graduates follows the 70:20:10 Model of Learning which is based on three types of learning: Hands-on work and experience-based (70%), asking questions and interacting with fellow colleagues (20%), and formal classroom training (10%).

We are looking for graduates with the following qualifications:
Engineering: Chemical, Mining
Sciences: Chemistry, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Information Technology, Data Science
Management: Accounting, Finance, Real Estate / Property Management, Law, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Communications.
