CAPACITI is currently accepting applications for Learnership programme.
The CAPACITI – IT Demand Learnership Programmes 2025 (CPT) is designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge required to thrive in the tech industry. This Learnership Programme will cover topics in either one of the following IT Streams:
- IT Support
- AI | Machine Learning
- Data Fundamentals & Analytics
- Cloud Computing
- Cybersecurity

To apply, you need to meet the following criteria:
- South African Nationality (Born Citizenship).
- Between the ages of 18 – 34 years old.
- Meet the minimum NQF level qualification completed NQF Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience and qualifications in IT fundamentals (advantageous). No prior work experience needed.
- Provide your academic record and certificate of highest academic achievement.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and understanding of IT concepts (Hardware, Software, Networking).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well in a team and independently.
- No criminal record and a clear credit history.
- Be unemployed at the time of application.
- Able to attend full-time Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00) and commit to the full 12-month IT Learnership Programme and commit to completing it.
- Must be an EE candidate and preference will be given to PWD candidates (People with Disabilities).
