The Old Mutual Finance Client Relations Consultant provides telephonic and face-to-face service to customers. Adheres to service and quality standards. Adheres to business, process and compliance rules.

Moderate to high level of technical knowledge. Multi skilled across product and process relevant to the business area.

Client Service Delivery

  • Provides telephonic and face-to-face service to customers.
  • Informs clients of requirements and procedures.

Compliance

  • Adheres to business, process and compliance rules.

Marketing

  • Markets OMF service and products to individual clients.
  • Builds, develops and maintains a pipeline of new and existing clients.
  • Generates leads.

Personal Effectiveness

  • Accountable for individual operational and sales targets and service delivery through own efforts.
  • Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
  • Continuously broadens individual skills.
  • Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
  • Accepts and lives the company values.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric or equivalent RPL
