Description: To provide a branch reception function by identifying the customer’s needs, recording, monitoring and allocating the customer to the appropriate area for assistance whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • National Certificate (NQF5 FAIS recognised qualifications)

Experience

  • 1-2 years branch banking experience with exposure to customer enquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of basic banking products and services
  • Strong customer service orientation
