MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Matric (with math’s and physical science)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • None (recent graduate with no work experience)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support for day-to-day operation of the plants.
  • Analyse maintenance inspection feedback and help address deviations and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse weekly plant performance, breakdowns on equipment, call outs and purpose solutions to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and preservation of the maintenance budget.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and repair procedures.
  • Do root cause analysis of equipment failures and development of remedial actions.
  • Identify, initiate and implement improvement project.
  • Develop quality control plans for equipment repairs.

MINIMUM CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have good Interpersonal Effectiveness, Leadership, Productivity Focus, Technical Capability, Initiative and strong assertiveness.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Willingness to learn and be responsible for own development.
