FEM Administrative Internship Programme overview
Candidates are invited to apply for the internship programme to assist the HR, Marketing and Underwriting departments with administration functions.
NB: This is a 12-month contract only.
The purpose of this position is to:
- Assist the Underwriting department with new registrations, state transfers, cancellations and return of earning.
- Assist the Marketing & Communications department with briefing agencies, publishing communication on CLA, event planning & coordination and distribution of promotional items and branding.
- Assist the HR department with administrative functions for recruitment & selection, learning & development, performance management, bursaries and ad-hoc HR projects

The minimum requirements:
- Matric with good functional literacy in English and Mathematics
- Relevant diploma or degree
- 0 to 6 months’ experience in general administration
- 0 to 6 months’ experience in data capturing
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good literacy and numerical abilities
