Summary:
- To process financial transactions, perform administrative and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations
- Basic accounting and admin knowledge is essential
- Position will be for 3 months fixed term contract
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics and Accounting
- Bookkeeping Certificate
- 2 – 3 years relevant experience
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and SAP) is essential
- Be able to communicate well at all levels
- Be a team player
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing of supplier invoices and other supplier transactions daily
- Processing of cash book transactions, allocating of customer and supplier payments
- Assisting debtors with FI credits and debits daily
- Reconciling of general ledger, creditors, and intercompany accounts
- Perform ad-hoc general accounting and administrative duties
