Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa is currently accepting applications for SAICA Graduate programme.

Responsibilities

Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa (FMCSA), as an accredited South African Institute for Chartered Accountant s (SAICA) Training Centre, is offering exciting opportunities to students to earn the prestigious CA(SA) title through an internship as a SAICA accredited Trainee accountant.
The Elective area of Specialization will be in Management Decision Making and Control.
Candidates will gain first-hand experience of the Finance function in a multi-national automotive company, including Accounting, Internal Control, Taxation, month-end reporting, management accounting, forecasting and budgeting.
Training provided will enable trainees to be in a position to be appointed into one of the GSR analyst roles upon completion of their training programme.
A detailed roles and responsibily matrix has been prepared outlining what experience and competencies should be achieved within every rotation over a period of three year.
The matrix is in terms of requirements of SAICA and is also reviewed by SAICA.
