HR Internship Programme at mothers2mothers
The position is based at our head office in Cape Town and reports to the HR Business Partner. The Intern will be working with the HR Team in the development and implementation of an integrated people management strategy for the organisation.
Key Perforrmance Areas:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team in terms of performance management, learning and development and general HR administration functions
- Research and document people management best practices, both locally and internationally
- Support the recruitment and selection process at head office and country programme level
- Support the Employee Relations function at Head Office
- Coordinate adhoc HR projects as requested

Qualifications and experience
- Relevant degree or post graduate qualification
- Working knowledge of MS Office
Competencies required:
- Fluency in English essential
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential matters in a professional and ethical manner
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Planning and organising
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take initiative
