City of Ekurhuleni is currently accepting applications for Learnership programme.
Salary: R3 000 Stipend
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- SA Citizen
- Resident of City of Ekurhuleni (Proof of residence is required)
- Computer literate
- Communication skills
- Customer service orientated

Core Responsibilities:
- Work for the employer as part of the learning process
- Be available for and to participate in all learning and work experience required by the learnership
- Comply with workplace policies and procedures
- Complete any timesheets or any written assessment tools supplied by the employer to record relevant workplace experience
- Attend all study periods and theoretical learning sessions with the training provider and undertake all learning conscientiously
- Execute all the tasks assigned by the immediate mentor
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Successful candidates will be expected to enter into a learnership agreement with the applicable SETA and contract of learnership programme with the City.
