This initiative is designed to empower young professionals with the skills, exposure, and confidence needed to thrive in the workforce while making a real impact in Mpumalanga’s tourism, environmental conservation, and community development sectors.

Who Should Apply?

The MTPA is seeking dynamic, unemployed graduates who have completed a Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) from a public university or university of technology. This programme is ideal for those who are ready to grow, learn, and serve.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Must be currently unemployed
  • Must be a resident of Mpumalanga Province
  • Must hold a Postgraduate Diploma in one of the following fields:
