Description

Manage the end-to-end customer experience for new and existing business by providing first line support to resolve queries, service and retain existing policies and generate sales by coordinating activities within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Document and track feedback to help improve service processes.
  • Work closely with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and in department initiatives.
  • Continuously Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

  • Minimum of 5yrs experience customer service role – short term insurance.
