Redefine Properties 2026 Learnership Programme
Redefine Properties is recruiting and accepting applications for for Learnership Programme.
The Redefine Learnership Programme is designed to unlock potential and shape the future of real estate. Learners will gain exposure to both operational divisions (asset and property management) and specialist functions such as:
- Marketing
- Legal
- Finance
- Human Resources
- And other strategic areas
This learnership is more than a qualification – it provides a launchpad for meaningful careers, equipping learners with the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in the property industry.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the programme, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold a Grade 12 certificate and a completed tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- Not have other tertiary studies or formal employment planned for 2026
- Not have completed a previous learnership
- Be willing to reside in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme
