The Role

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data in manufacturing and parts sales to drive process improvements, optimize resource utilization, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making for enhanced productivity and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze operational data related to manufacturing and parts sales to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Use statistical and analytical tools to support production and sales optimization.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate manufacturing workflows, production efficiency, and resource utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing and sales operations. Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into operational performance, highlighting areas of success and those needing improvement.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Support parts sales operations by monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and recommending adjustments to inventory policies to align with business needs and reduce holding costs.
  • Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Assist in cost-benefit analyses to evaluate new equipment, projects, or production methods. Provide insights into cost drivers and collaborate on budget planning to optimize financial performance in operations.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment of objectives. Facilitate data-driven decision-making and provide actionable recommendations based on operational data.
  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement projects, driving process excellence and supporting the overall manufacturing and sales strategies.

  • Diploma/Degree in (Data Science/Mathematics/ Industrial Engineering )
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, Power BI
  • Must be a Recent Graduate
