Minimum Qualification

Experience

  • 3-4 years Relevant FAIS qualification with FAIS experience and operates without supervision.
  • Previous experience within CHNW or Business Clients, a physical, Virtual or Voice branch environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products

Consultant

Description: To sell Commercial Property Finance products and develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and potential clients in the commercial property industry. To proactively source and acquire new business, structuring of the resultant transactions and management of the transaction origination process. To ensure effective sales execution in order to achieve sales and service targets. To provide specialist input and advice into Business Banking’s product.

Qualification

  • Business Commerce Degree

Experience

  • 5-7 years general banking experience and/or property finance experience
  • Relevant construction industry, property development, quantity surveying or valuation experience
  • Experience in selecting, gathering and consolidating financial information from clients to ensure comprehensive financial assessment for feasibility purposes
  • Experienced in analysing and interpreting balance sheets, ratios, income statements and cash flows

Description: To manage a transactional banking sales provincial team for all market segments including cash solutions for (commercial orate, business, small enterprise and agriculture) by the execution of a Transactional Products Sales tactical plan ensuring alignment to the national sales plan, objectives and expectations.

To drive the business growth by understanding the risk and costs associated with the Business Online and Cash solutions and lead the team to increase revenue on cash.
