Qualifications supported under this bursary

  • Bachelor of Information Technology (Information Systems) or similar fields of study; OR
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with specialisation in Information Systems – or similar fields of study

Eligibility Criteria

 Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be currently enrolled full-timefor a Bachelor of Information Technology (Information Systems) or similar fields of study OR Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with specialisation in Information Systems – or similar fields of study at a recognised South African university.
  • Be in your second, third, or fourth year of study.
  • Demonstrate academic excellence and commitment to your field of study with a minimum final overall academic average of 65%.

  • CV
  • A full academic transcript
  • A copy of your South African Identity Document
  • Proof of Address (Either a municipal account OR a letter from a local tribal authority)
