Data Capturer

The successful candidate will be an individual with a passion for implementation of HR systems. The incumbent will be responsible for the successful implementation of the HR system ensuring data integrity and improving efficiencies for HR Department as well as the business.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Administration
- Participate in departmental internal and external audit processes.
- Ensuring that the personnel files meet the checklist requirements.
- Ensuring that the digital files meet the checklist requirements in SAGE300.
- Creation of employee files and ensure that they are well maintained.
- Engaging the respective team members where there are missing documents.
- Report on the audit progress and/or status.
- Ensure sign off on all files that meet the requirements.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Matric.
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the Industry, systems knowledge is essential.
- HR Reporting.
- HR System’s Support in SAGE300.

Enrolled Nurse Permanent
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform PICT for clients presenting at health facilities and/or their partners; and appropriate referral;
- Screen clients for STIs, TB, Hypertension, Diabetes and refer for provision of symptomatic management in facility and community
- Provide phlebotomy services as needed for baseline bloods (pre-ART patients), VL and other monitoring bloods for patients already on ART in decanted modalities or general follow-up care
- Supervise the implementation of Anova’s APACE support activities at facility and community level, in line with 959595 strategy and workplan
- Support Anova and/or DOH counsellors providing case finding and linkage to care services as well as adherence clubs/DMOC activities.
- Supervise Internal Quality control, Proficiency Testing Survey and other Rapid Testing Quality Improvement activities at facility and community level.
- Supervise and perform monitoring activities including updating of registers and collection of data and validating of data.
- Adhere to individual target requirements as per team lead/supervisor directive and maintain data collection requirements.
- Together with HTS (HIV Testing Services) Coordinator, attend to meetings with community leaders, community members and other stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
- Enrolled Nursing qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience in Enrolled Nurse duties
- At least 3 years’ experience in HIV or public health environment
- Able to demonstrate ability to manage data collection and reporting.
- Computer Literate – MS Office Packages (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to speak one of the local languages, English, Afrikaans and IsiXhosa
- Valid driver’s license is essential.
- Innovative, organized, analytical and excellent interpretation data skills.
- Knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention and community health issues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail.
This position will be based in the Southern Western Substructure so please bear this in mind when applying.
District Technical Assistant: PMTCT
Duties:
- Strategic planning through working with appropriate Anova teams, and/or external stakeholders (including DOH).
- Feedback to facilities and Anova managers, facilitate implementation of recommendations.
- Support performance monitoring systems to ensure efficient operations; reliable indicators are defined, collected, and analysed routinely.
- Work closely with Anova teams, and external stakeholders to keep data processes at high standard to adequately reflect the program.
- Ensure facilities have all the relevant national and provincial guidelines, protocols, algorithms, and IEC materials.
- Support innovative projects that can be implemented to improve performance of the QI, CLI, TB, or PMTCT programme.
- Work with SD teams to identify facilities that would be used as “best practice models” for the purpose of learning, as well as write appropriate documentation to share learning.
- By using quality improvement methodology identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and monitor through appropriate actions, including facility site visits.
- Promote QI, CLI, TB, or PMTCT through mentorship and support, to enable adequate implementation activities.
- Ensure training/mentorship based on identified gaps aligned with latest guidelines and protocols. Appropriate focus areas and targets to be identified and agreed with the SD manager
- Complete, compile, and submit the relevant reports (monthly, quarterly and adhoc) as identified by line manager and as required by funders.
- Prepare weekly plan for specific activities focusing on certain priority areas identified from the reports, timeously.
- Follow performance management process of Anova through timeous submission of all relevant documentation.
Job requirements
- Diploma with PHC (Nursing Clinician) registration with the SANC
- Registration with the relevant South African Council or Professional Body
- At least five (5) years’ experience with TB, PMTCT and HIV/AIDS control programs or other health issues
- At least three (3) years’ experience working in technical leadership, oversights, design, and implementation of TB, PMTCT and HIV/AIDS programmes
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and leadership in programme management, strategic planning, and policy experience
- Ability to communicate technical and policy issues clearly and effectively
- Good knowledge of Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART), TB, PMTCT and Chronic Medication and guidelines
- Demonstrated openness and flexibility in responding to changing work priorities and environment
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good report writing skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- A valid driver’s license
