Description:

Assist in daily financial activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and timelines
Participate in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports, gaining experience with financial analysis and reporting tools
Collaborate with the finance team to assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights that contribute to AECI’s financial planning
Work on projects that enhance AECI’s financial efficiency, productivity and decision-making, contributing meaningfully to business outcomes
Apply theoretical knowledge to analyse financial data, develop financial models and create reports that support strategic initiatives
Support audit preparations, assist with compliance-related tasks and help ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies
Contribute ideas and support for initiatives that streamline and improve financial processes within the department
Work closely with other departments to gain a holistic understanding of how finance supports and interacts with all areas of AECI’s business
Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with Safety, Health and Environmental regulations, promoting a safe workplace
