Sappi is currently recruiting and accepting applications for HR Internship programme.
Sappi is offering a one-year internship for a recent B Com Human Resource Management graduate to gain real-world experience in a wide range of Human Resources functions.
Our interns are supported by competent and committed mentors who will guide your experiences and ensure that you gain the right exposure to become well-rounded in the HR function.
The main responsibilities of the job:
- Prepare employment documentation for onboarding of new employees.
- Participate in shortlisting and interviewing of candidates for vacancies.
- Perform HR administration.
- Resolve human resources related enquiries brought by employees.

The ideal candidate must have:
- Grade 12/Matric qualification
- Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management
- No prior experience required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
